How to Apply

Applying to study at AEI Australia is simple. Follow these steps to begin your journey toward a rewarding qualification and career.

Step 1: Choose Your Course

Explore our range of nationally recognised qualifications and select the course that aligns with your career goals.

Step 2: Submit Your Application

Complete the Student Application Form (online or paper) and include the following documents:

Certified copies of your academic transcripts
Proof of English language proficiency (if required)
A valid passport or other identification document

You can submit your application through an authorised education agent, via the online application form, or directly to admissions@aei.edu.au.

Step 3: Application Review

Once submitted, your application will be assessed by the admissions team to confirm that you meet the entry requirements. You may be asked to take part in a course entry interview.

Step 4: Receive Your Letter of Offer

If your application is successful, you will receive a Letter of Offer outlining course details, tuition fees, payment plans, and enrolment conditions.

Step 5: Accept and Pay

Sign the acceptance form and pay the required fees as outlined in your offer. A Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) will be issued once payment is received.

Step 6: Apply for a Visa (International Students)

Use your CoE to apply for an Australian student visa. For the most up-to-date information on visa requirements, visit www.homeaffairs.gov.au.

Step 7: Prepare for Your Studies

Receive your pre-departure information and arrange your accommodation, travel, and airport pickup if required. Attend the Orientation Program to finalise your enrolment and meet your trainers and classmates.
